Examining the Negative Effects of Smartphone Use among Undergraduate Students in Tertiary Institutions in Nigeria| Chapter 10 | New Horizons in Education and Social Studies Vol. 5

 

This paper explores the effects of the usage of smartphones in high school systems in Nigeria for undergraduate users. It combines data from a secondary source and analysis of content as a technique. The paper examines numerous smartphone-related advantages and concerns. It urges undergraduate students, among other things, to refrain from addiction and violence in order to protect their potential. For students and their families to bear the psychological , social, economic and academic ramifications of the consequences could be quite serious.
