College Students' Learning Burnout: Concept, Structure, Status, Outcomes, and Influencing Factors | Chapter 10 | An Overview of Literature, Language and Education Research Vol. 9

Background: Learning burnout is a common behavioral problem among college students, which seriously affects their physical and mental health, restricts the improvement of talent cultivation quality in universities, and restricts the production efficiency of employers.

Objective: The objective of the study is to understand the current research status of college students' learning burnout and analyze its main advantages and disadvantages.

Methods: A literature search was used, with "college students+learning burnout" as the keyword, to search for academic full-text literature (i.e. with abstracts, keywords, etc. that can obtain the full text). The literature sources included journals, dissertations, and conference papers from databases such as Web of Science, EBSCO, LISA, EI, ProQuest, IEEE, ACM, CNKI, Google, etc.

Results: Sixty-three papers were included. Previous literature shows the following 3 points: First, the global incidence of learning burnout among college students is 38%. Second, learning burnout is one of the important indicators of teaching quality in universities, as well as the learning effectiveness and physical and mental health of college students. Finally, college students' learning burnout is influenced by multiple factors, including social environment, school, family, social support, and personal factors.

Conclusion: The academic community is increasingly concerned about the learning burnout of college students, but there is still no unified opinion on the concept, structure, and measurement tools, and research methods need to be improved.

Ethical Conflicts in Nursing: Concept, Current Situation, Causes and Influencing Factors | Chapter 14 | Medical Science: Trends and Innovations Vol. 3

Background: Ethical conflicts are a common psychological problem in nursing work, which can significantly impact nurses’ mental health and the nursing profession’s development.

Objective: The objective of the study is to understand the current situation and causes of ethical conflicts in nursing, and analyze the main influencing factors.

Methods: The literature retrieval method was used to review empirical papers published in English or Chinese in the past 11 years in Google Scholar, PubMed, CNKI, and the Wanfang database.

Results: Thirty-eight articles were included. The ethical conflicts in nursing are a multi-dimensional and multi-category concept that weakens nurses' mental health, reduces their job engagement, job effectiveness, and subjective well-being, and hinders the healthy development of the nursing profession. The most common causes of ethical conflicts were conflicts with physicians, inadequate staffing, and lack of autonomy.

Conclusion: This study highlights the need for nursing educators, administrators, and policymakers to address the causes of ethical conflicts and develop strategies to mitigate their impact. Future research should focus on developing more robust tools and exploring the experiences of nurses from diverse backgrounds.

The Involvement of Father in Child Development: A Theoretical Research Progress | Chapter 1 | Recent Trends in Arts and Social Studies Vol. 8

 Background: In current years, accompanying the development of social frugality, the problem of father's partnership in parenting in family instruction has become more and more prominent, which is primarily manifested in the following facets: father's participation in children's create is less time, father's partnership in parenting styles tends expected more "introverted", and father's omission in parenting affects youngsters's development. There has existed a lot of research in the academic community on the reasons for this issue, but a accord has not been attained: some scholars resolve objective factors and trust that it is due to the influence of the traditional idea of "male dominated outside, female ruled inside", and in the real environment, extreme work pressure, employment in different places, divorce and separation, etc., which leads to fathers being powerless to raise children. Other philosopher analyze subjective determinants, and think the main reason is that fathers lack knowledge of raising children and professional create knowledge. Scholars have variable opinions on strategies to increase father partnership: some advocate beginning a comprehensive mechanism for guaranteeing access to instruction in different regions at the pertaining to society level; some crowd suggest legislating from a legal and tactics perspective to support fathers with sufficient entrust accompany their infants; some people trust that attention bear be paid to cultivating persons' awareness of competing in raising children; few people reveal the need to abandon the constraints of traditional thinking at the kin level, learn professional create knowledge through multiple channels, write well at the school level, provide help for fathers to raise children, and carry out miscellaneous forms of activities to help fathers to participate. In summary, it can be visualized that "father involvement" is a idea with rich content and complex structure, and allure connotation has forceful cultural dependence.Methods and Content: This paper uses the information retrieval method to orderly sort out the theoretical research brochure on father’sinvolvement at home and abroad, completely introduce the concept, proficient significance and hypothetical basis of father’sinvolvement, describe nine believes about its content form, present the differences of opinion, resolve the current research situation and existent problems, and point out the incident direction of the research.Conclusion: Father’sinvolvement is a complex public problem, which includes not only pedagogy and therapy, but also sociology, knowledge, management, cure, sports kinematics and other disciplines.
