Application of ICT (Information Communication and Technology) towards Transformation of Regional Bureaucracy | Chapter 10 | Advances and Challenges in Science and Technology Vol. 9

 This stage uses a case study of the application of ICT in Sidenreng Rappang Regency and allure effects on administrative transformation. The e-government policy in Sidenreng Rappang Regency in addition to the development of data processing will give a new face and hope for the production of better governance. Digital metamorphosis approaches outside the public sector are changeful citizens' anticipations of governments' ability to deliver extreme-value, actual-time digital duties. In addition to promoting campaigns, digital management should within financial means actively engage all by promoting the use of facts, communication, and technology (ICT) in a range of public aids, particularly taking everything in mind the COVID-19 pandemic. The rapid incident of technology has altered the paradigm of public service and government, from being hierarchical to open and flexible, for fear that it has an impact on administrative culture and the acceleration of administrative transformation in administration. The results showed that the application of the ICT method aims to improve public aids that are fast, cheap and effective, effective, and responsive. Besides that, the request of the ICT system can also generate a transparent administration, so that government ventures can be accessed by all taxpayers. In other studies that are concentrated on efforts to achieve see-through government. The main factor that affects is project-formed activities, place structural officials have extreme responsiveness for fear that they can have a positive influence on bureaucratic shift.
