This study specifies a comprehensive search of the land and rural countryside in Turkey using mechanics analysis and mathematical data. The research is concentrated on land use patterns, land holding sizes and rural foundation. In Turkey, in accordance with land size allocation agricultural capital were concentrated in the range of 20-49 decares. It has been visualized that the mechanization bias is the most in this place group. The ownership of 2-5 parcels is topmost in the same enterprise breadth group, and the 6-9 parcel range attended this value. The share of land holdings that narrow from 50 decares in the total number of enterprises is 64.8% and the share of these enterprises in the total land land has been driven as 21.34%. Considering the land-use rank, it is seen that 1.6% of the farmable land is not used. The findings underline the challenges posed by narrow agricultural stocks and fragmented land purchase and highlight the need for strategic attacks to increase productivity and tenable development. Exercise of projects for rural foundation gains importance in preventing unrestrained migration of country population to the city.
