This study proposed to investigate the challenges and barriers met by Small and Medium Explanation Firms (SMCFs) in Ghana while trying to obtain outlay from banking organizations for commercial purposes. Small and Medium Resourcefulnesses (SMEs) are the driving force behind the progress objectives of developing countries and are potential beginnings of income in many developing countries. The study calm data from a sample of Kumasi and Accra Downtown construction enterprises utilizing a semi-organized questionnaire. A convenience sample method was used to deliver 50 questionnaires. In accordance with the findings, the primary troubles that make it hard for SMCFs to approach funding are regulatory organizing, poor financial foundation, high collateral protection requirements, and a lack of institutional ability in the SMCF sector. The basic challenges were informational barriers and a lack of administrative skills accompanying SMCFs. The study's limitations have been labeled, and recommendations for developing artistic techniques to form funding available to SMCFs in Ghana have happened made. The study increases the corpus of knowledge in loan construction activities in developing nations, specifically Ghana.
