Background: Although autoimmune afflictions are often accompanying, the place of primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) and invulnerable thrombocytopenia (ITP) is rare.Aim of Study: In this study, cases accompanying concomitant PBC and ITP, containing cases of Evans disease, were reviewed.Methods: A composition search on scientific items in English was conducted utilizing the PubMed table, regarding the place of PBC and ITP.Results and Conclusion: Among the 20 cases, PBC was diagnosed first in 6 cases and ITP in 2 cases, while two together diseases were nearly together diagnosed in the surplus 12 cases. Standard pharmacotherapies of ursodeoxycholic acid and corticosteroids were used for contributing cases. Of these cases, fatality was stated in 1 case.
