The verbalization for differential cross section of adaptable and inelastic uneven of relativistic electrons from atoms has been obtained tentatively on the basis of crooked-wave theory. Differential section of adaptable scattering of electrons from free atoms 49In and 20Ca premeditated in incident energy of electrons ~ 100 eV has existed compared accompanying experiments. Thickness of surface layer and root-mean square radius of bulk distribution of energized matter in that atoms have been driven.
