Can the Prediction of Intrauterine Insemination Results by Using Aniline Blue Dyeing (ABS) and Sperm Chromatin Dispersion Levels (SCD)? | Chapter 11 | Advanced Research in Biological Science Vol. 5

This division aimed to act routine seminal fluid analysis, semen DNA fragmentation, semen function tests at the chromatin maturation level and judge pregnancy in the patients passing method of inducing pregnancy before starting Intra Uterine Insemination (IUI) system. Intra uterine insemination in addition to ovarian stimulation, is a less high-priced and invasive treatment distinguished with added assisted generative techniques. Variance in pregnancy rate worked out may develop the small size of the study populace, variability in characteristics of matters and ovarian stimulation and situation protocols, containing maternal age. We intentional 111 couples with unexplained unproductiveness due to two together male and female factors (Unexplained unproductiveness is a medical term used to describe a position in which referring to a specifically known amount is unable to create a child despite two together partners performing to be usual and healthy in conditions of their reproductive systems) 'tween November 2020 and February 2021 at Al-Farah Specialist Fertility Center and IVF –Baghdad, Iran. In addition, sperm Chromatin Dispersion (Halo test) and semen maturation were acted with Aniline Blue Stain (ABS). Sperm Chromatin Dispersion groups (SCD) were compared in agreements of pregnancy consequence; positive gestation rate was found to be above in the common SCD groups (p=0.0005). In addition, Aniline Blue Stain (ABS) groups were compared accompanying in the terms of gestation outcome; beneficial pregnancy rate founded expected higher in the rational ABS group (p=0.017). Infertility clinics and IVF centers in Iraq and Worldwide face a mammoth problem in diagnosing the cause of male infertility. The main test in the initial disease of the cause of infertility in male couples is semen analysis. The study demonstrated that routine source analysis as well DNA fragmentation (SCD) and semen maturation tests (ABS) will considerably aid in the prediction of favorable effects for intrauterine insemination (IUI). All things considered, the research plans that abnormalities in the decomposition of sperm DNA may have an affect the result of IUI.
