During the study and happening of novel thrombolytic agent, it is an main consideration to evaluate the Safety and productiveness of thrombolytic drugs, which are standard situation option for heart attack and ischemic stroke. Different methods for measuring thrombolytic venture are Spectrophotometric analysis of thrombolytic endeavor (SATA) assay, Micro centrifuged method, Clot lysis, Pro thrombin period (PTT), global loss of consciousness fromblockage in vein or artery test but they has some drawbacks, containing being expensive, late, difficult and erroneous.
