With the help of Industrial IoT (IIoT) and the Cloud Assist function, we established secure SCADA-based real-time process parameter monitoring and control in this work. Today, IIoT is utilised by thousands of distinct applications throughout the globe in hundreds of industrial facilities. The use of cloud storage is also provided to monitor and regulate process industry characteristics including level, flow, temperature, and pressure. Cloud is a term used to describe online computer information access. To collect, display, and analyse all real-time data of a process while it is running, we utilised the "ThingSpeak" IoT analytics platform. For greater flexibility, it may also be done with the LabVIEW platform. Using wireless sensors that communicate in full duplex mode, the system can wirelessly monitor and manage flow, temperature, pressure, and level. Secure cloud data access is made possible by Passkey. An alarm system is used to alert the end user if any faults take place. The process station features a wireless transmitter that periodically transmits data and a Wi-Fi module in the reception part that receives received data. Since they are all stored on the Cloud, external devices like PCs, smartphones, and tablets may wirelessly access and manage the data. Additionally, it may be connected to automation devices like SCADA and PLCs with bidirectional control to guarantee operational efficiency and safety while utilising the most recent automation standards.
