The study highlights literature data and
research results aimed at analysing the impact of the degree of expression of
emotional stress on the genomic instability of children and adults. Literature
very rarely describes scientific data on the effect of emotional stress on
human genomic instability. This relationship is not supposed to be obvious to
many scientists, although oncologists and psychologists know that a prolonged
state of increased emotional tension is fraught with serious problems for the
organism 's nervous-immune-endocrine system. In addition, oncologists know that
the result of resentment and loneliness is often cancer. At the same time as
that, the The role of genome instability in tumour induction and progression is
proven to be very reliable. The research would concentrate on three dimensions
of human life in the sense of the manifestation of emotional stress and its
relationship with genomic instability: environmental degradation, genomic
predisposition, ethical and social-economic issues. Methods: We used the
complex of standard psychological measures for determining stress expression
rates: questionnaires for adults and 8-coloured M. Luscher's review for girls.
In blood cultures, genomic instability was estimated by chromosome aberration
testing and cytochalasin B micronucleus testing. Standard methods have been used
to identify changes in biochemical indices.
