Challenging Diagnosis: Diffuse Steatonecrosis in Acute Pancreatitis Mimicking Abdominal Malignancy | Chapter 11 | Advanced Concepts in Medicine and Medical Research Vol. 7

 The aim of the branch is to explore about Wordy steatonecrosis by developing a case of acute midriff with clear lump. Diffuse steatonecrosis secondary to  severe / gangrenous pancreatitis identifying as faint abdominal mass has disease problems. A distinguished method/ techniques are main for demonstration of the fatty acids crystalloids. This division developed bases on a case of acute absomen accompanying palpable lump. We report a case of 22 year traditional pregnant female, conceded in the emergency ward accompanying complains of acute abdominal pain and lump tummy umbilical region because 15 days was selected for developing this study. On touch, abdomen was gentle, non-tender with a abundant irregular lump felt in the para-main region. It can be decided that a large dense jumbled up omental mass was grown on the emergency exploratory laprotomy. The bulk was adhered to parietal wall in addition to complete pancreatic necrosis. Diffuse steatonecrosis endure be considered in the characteristic diagnosis in the context of aforementioned clinical setting.
