Achievement can be accomplished when skills learned during the work process are well illustrated. Technical college students are equipped with good skills when the Dreyfus model was applied to train students by pre-testing and post-testing the students at the technical colleges of Sapele, Asaba, Agbor and Orgor, all in the southern part of Nigeria where the study was conducted. This paper focuses on how to train and develop the level of capacity of students in technical colleges to enhance the power of man. To direct the study, one research question was raised and one hypothesis was raised to verify the degree of significance at 0.05. By monitoring students in the workshop, an instrument named 'Bleeding Ability Task Results' was designed to collect data. Data collected were analyzed using mean comparison and covariance analysis (ANCOVA) to verify the degree of significance. Findings were addressed and proposals were made to increase the degree of skill acquisition for students. The researcher is encouraging and recommending on the basis of these findings to the Federal and State Government, Ministry of Education, Curriculum Designer, policy makers of educational programs in Nigeria to introduce the use and implementation of the Dreyfus skill acquisition system model in Nigerian technical colleges and any other higher learning institution in Nigeria.
