This research aims to understand to what degree the use of the World Wide Web for Tarbiyah Students and IAIN Kendari Teacher Faculty is used in learning. The Research Scope is the use of the World Wide Web for all Tarbiyah Faculty Student Subjects at IAIN Kendari in Learning. The Data Collection Method uses qualitative analysis of observations and interviews. The study results show that the use of the World Wide Web in the teaching of the tarbiyah faculty of students appears to use the Web Mail and Search Engine Service, where Google and Yahoo are mainly available. The World Wide Web can access different data required to learn whether it is cognitive, affective, social integration or personal integration. Both formal or non-formal from various forms of information needs (cognitive, affective, social integration, the integration of personal and entertainment), the existence of the WWW adds insight information, everything can be fulfilled by WWW. However, due to the constraint of the wifi link service on campus, students can not access the World Wide Web as much as possible.
