Even though Outcome-located Education (OBE) is an optimistic foundation to offer quality instruction by institutions and universities, the boom of OBE model depends on how the syllabus design and delivery bridges school and industry accompanying contemporary information, skills, and attitude and authorizes the graduates to contribute to change, develop progressive skills and reach the institution with professional ethics. Undoubtedly, Universities continually play the role of transfering students. In this direction, the OBE program needs expected built generally on curriculum design accompanying effective teaching-knowledge processes involving key stake owners so that graduates gain the required attributes and abilities at the end of the program. The killing of the curriculum has to be projected in terms of the wholes of the curriculum named the courses that are to be executed with proper design, childbirth, assessment, judgment, reinforcement of Teaching/Learning Processes (TLP), and constant improvement to achieve clearly established outcomes. This chapter presents the conventional template for fine-bringing into harmony the course design that serves as a course file to document the blueprint of the process of demand, assessment, and judgment within the foundation of the OBE and how the expected consequences are met.In other words, this Chapter is an attempt to design a conventional course file format in accordance with the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) that consists of various documents required for the exercise of OBE at the course level including the evidence for cooperative/creative methods achieved, performance study and remedial inputs, OBE CO achievement report, and other essentials.
