The aim of this research search out improve future Reform Leadership Academy (RLA) training. With the help of instruction and training for government goals, administrative reform is carried out in Indonesia through cultivating the skills of united states of america civil apparatus. RLA preparation is one style of demand. The National Institute of Public Administration has organized this program for the five age.
