Storms and stress are a part of adolescence. Adolescent social and emotional development is influenced by a variety of elements including family, instructors, classmates, and the environment. The goal of this study is to find out how adolescents evaluate their school's socio-emotional climate. The pupil is motivated to acquire stronger moral values and academic achievement as the educational environment improves. A total of 300 eighth- and ninth-grade students took part in the study. 150 kids (75 boys and 75 girls) from public schools and 150 students (75 boys and 75 females) from private schools make up the sample. The Socio-emotional School Climate Inventory was used to examine the socio-emotional climate of the school. According to the findings, the majority of respondents assessed their school environment as good to extremely favourable. Respondents from private schools had a more positive perception of their institutions' social and socio-emotional climate than those from public schools. Government schools were regarded to have a better emotional climate than private schools.
