The quality of education is affected by university managerialization, which refers to the implementation of significant improvements in academic institutions' decision-making processes, as well as the use of updated information systems and new managerial methodologies to restructure organisational strategic relationships with stakeholders. This paper suggests a questionnaire to determine the importance of university facilities based on the amount of money spent on them. In order to determine requirements for the most important university's facilities and appealing infrastructure that contributes to the quality of education, semi structured interviews were conducted with the heads of logistic and financial departments in Egyptian universities, twenty public universities and twenty-three private universities.
