The growth of Airbnb's environment in the hospitality and tourism industries has influenced customers' purchasing decisions. Customers' behavioural intentions have changed over time as a result of different factors, and they now hope to get more than they expected to satisfy their needs and desires. Customers typically book their lodging via the internet. Innovation causes upheaval. Airbnb's accommodation is an intriguing feature that makes consumers suspicious of the service. Customers expect to choose accommodations based on the physical setting, such as the climate, lighting, and layout, in accordance with this. Despite this, Airbnb's poor services, such as demand services, are not accessible, and the company is still absent from a significant number of fields. The aim of this paper is to conduct a literature review on the role of the physical environment in Airbnb behavioural intentions. According to studies, there would be a positive interaction between environment, decoration, and layout and consumer behaviour intentions. The results of this study are intended to fill in gaps in the literature by adding to what is already known about Airbnb's behavioural intentions.
