A mathematical and biomechanical simulation of a system that represents human body movements during the development of various operations was carried out. The most important aspect of the research included the positioning of Notch sensors in different parts of the human body in order to calculate various positions in various functions. The inquiry was divided into three phases, the first of which was an examination of people's movements in an industrial process of welding in small electronic circuit systems used in cellular telephony at a company in Mexicali. The second was a biomechanical simulation of a wooden structure with movable parts in the sagittal plane, and the third was a statistical study using the regression and correlation method to obtain a mathematical model that reflected different locations of the first step's activities, as well as an effect of discomfort or severe health symptoms. With the findings, an assessment was made to reduce labour accidents due to exhaustion by at least 50%, with Notch sensors, whose movement signals can be shown on a cell phone, proving to be more accurate. The inquiry lasted from January to June of this year.
