Unveiling the Hidden Costs – Part 2: Dr. Cemil Koyunoğlu’s Energy Imbalance Based Cancer Propagation Algorithm (EIBC-PA) for Catching the Master Thief | Book Publisher International

This study introduces the Energy Imbalance Based Cancer Propagation Algorithm (EIBC-PA), a novel conceptual and mathematical model that investigates how disruptions in cellular energetic stability can initiate and propagate malignant transformations. The aim of the study is to provide a systems-level framework grounded in energy dynamics to better understand cancer progression. The methodology involves defining gravitational and energetic thresholds within a hypothetical biological system and simulating the dynamic response to energy instability through algorithmic propagation rules. Key findings include the identification of localized energy singularities (ΔE) that act as catalysts for cascading oncogenic events, and the derivation of entropy-like thresholds that delineate metastability from malignancy. These findings suggest that cancer may be governed not solely by genetic mutation accumulation but also by systemic energy dissipation failures. The model aligns with principles from systems biology, thermodynamics, and information theory, and provides a new computational lens through which cancer development can be interpreted.

Treatment of Hip and Knee Osteonecrosis: A Presentation of Three Cases and Evidence-based Algorithm | Chapter 5 | Medical Science: Trends and Innovations Vol. 8

Osteonecrosis of the hip and knee presents challenging cases for the orthopaedic surgeon. ON of the hip and knee can be a source of severe morbidity for affected individuals. Although several risk factors and explanations for the pathogenesis of ON have been recognized, there exists little consensus in the literature as to the appropriate clinical management. Here are the cases of three patients who were treated at the institution and a treatment algorithm for hip and knee osteonecrosis was conducted. The cases represent pre- and post-collapse lesions of the hip and knee. Current evidence is reviewed and an algorithm for both hip and knee ON is presented. Core decompression may be used in small, pre-collapse areas of osteonecrosis especially if the involved bone has minimal involvement of the weight-bearing surface. Arthroplasty has proven to be an excellent option for patients with osteonecrosis and debilitating pain and function. This study has found that one can achieve excellent results with arthroplasty in the setting of osteonecrosis.

Multifunctional Device for Measuring and Monitoring Parameters of a Photovoltaic Module | Chapter 12 | Research and Developments in Engineering Research Vol. 4

In this work, analyzes of existing devices for measuring the current-voltage characteristic were carried out in order to compare several devices. The purpose of this work is to develop a device for measuring the current-voltage characteristics of photovoltaic modules and the environmental factors affecting them. The paper discusses a system for monitoring solar module parameters that measure air temperature, module temperature, solar radiation, wind speed, current-voltage characteristic, maximum power point (MPP), efficiency, and fill factor (FF) and stores the data in a computer. The system is constructed around a programmable microcontroller with an analog-to-digital converter built in. The suggested system's program code also includes an algorithm for determining the maximum power point of the solar module. Because every parameter are taken into account automatically and written to the computer in the form of tables, the system performs all measurements in real time and is simple to use.  In order to compare the suggested monitoring system with alternative commercial measuring equipment, the research looked at their properties. The proposal includes a circuit diagram for a monitoring system as well as an electrical circuit to measure current-voltage characteristics.

Why Vedic Multiplication Algorithm Works? | Chapter 4 | Research Highlights in Mathematics and Computer Science Vol. 8

The speed of spoken multiplication utilizing the Vedic formula is amazing. This paper gives a footing for it. Vedic formula adequately uses traditional multiplication only but it is effective to produce quick results. In common product verdict, the result is found only after calculate all multiplications. On the contrast, Vedic algorithm does the reverse construction. It finds what partial multiplications are filling at wholes, tens, hundreds, etc. The importance a column is filled, summary of all partial device is immediately finished and proceeds to the next column. This habit oral commodity finding becomes extremely well speedy. In spite of this, it begun losing significance due advent of computers, supercomputers, and further, very cheap calculators. But at any moment computer hardware designers were allured to cash the advantageous Vedic treasure to make the calculating speedy at less power use and less area.

Frequent Itemsets: Fuzzy Data from Multiple Datasets | Chapter 4 | Novel Research Aspects in Mathematical and Computer Science Vol. 5

Data warehousing and data mining processes rely heavily on the implementation of association rule mining. In order to bolster this claim, the study suggests a model that retrieves frequent itemsets from the database that are arranged in the form of star schema tabular database structures and has a fuzzy taxonomic structure at the backend. The study's goal was to create a new method from an existing one that uses fuzzy association rule-based mining in databases using ER models. The focus of the study is on the extraction of linguistic algorithm rules at multilevel structures in the form of tables from various databases in order to comprehend the functionality of these retrieved data item sets. The suggested data mining algorithm's operation is illustrated by an example in the conclusion. It may be used to quickly and easily generate multi-level fuzzy rules that are relevant to association mining techniques.

Design of an Algorithm Regarding Analytic Hierarchy Process| Chapter 14 | Novel Research Aspects in Mathematical and Computer Science Vol. 4

In the context of environmental, social, political, and other circumstances, people make three sorts of judgements to indicate importance, preference, or likelihood and use them to pick the best among choices. They make these decisions based on recalled information or analysis of advantages, costs, and dangers. We can occasionally construct standards of excellence and poorness based on prior information and use them to rank the choices one by one. This is important in instances when established norms must be followed, such as student admissions and wage increases. Without standards, one compares rather than rates options. Comparisons must be consistent within a reasonable range. The rating and comparison procedures are both included in the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). To decide the optimum choice, rationality necessitates the creation of a trustworthy hierarchic structure or feedback network that contains criteria of many forms of impact, stakeholders, and decision alternatives [8].

The AHP technique was applied by Saaty and other writers in a wide range of human activity areas, including planning, business, education, health-care, and so on, but especially in management. In this work, we present two additional proofs for the well-known assertion that for the eigenvector problem Aw = w, the maximal eigenvalue, max, equals n. the solution vector w that represents the probability components of discontinuous occurrences, and the consistent matrix of pairwise comparisons of type n × n (n ≥ 2) We also provide an approach for determining the eigenvalue issue solution Aw = nw, as well as a flowchart to go with it. It is simple to design and apply the algorithm for arbitrary consistent matrix A.

Study on Load Capacity Limits of Flanged Pressure Vessel Nozzles | Chapter 07 | Novel Perspectives of Engineering Research Vol. 1

When designing pressure vessels, it's critical to understand the loads that the connecting pipework places on the nozzle. The piping responses computed by the piping structural analysis, on the other hand, are frequently unavailable during the vessel design stage. To solve this issue, the pressure vessel must be designed entirely for the internal design pressure, after which the permitted external loads for the nozzle-vessel intersection and the nozzle-piping connection (flange) can be determined. As a result, the nozzle's load limitations and load capacity can be determined and made available to the piping designer at an early stage (pipe stress analyst). Following that, it is the responsibility of the piping designer to ensure that the piping reactions are kept within the pressure vessel nozzle's allowable load limitations. This method has the advantage of not requiring thickening of the vessel's pressure retaining shell or additional reinforcing pads around the nozzle neck due to the imposed loads. Furthermore, increasing the thickness of the vessel shell or adding a strengthening pad makes the nozzle more rigid and therefore a better approximation to a fixed point or anchor, thereby negating the benefit of nozzle flexibility. This method avoids the need for pressure vessel and/or piping repairs at the end of a project, which will undoubtedly increase project costs and delay. In conclusion, the goal of this research is to ensure that the pipe stress analyst has access to individually authorised nozzle loads early in the project. This work can be accomplished using the created algorithm stated in Tables 1 through 4. The pipe stress analyst can analyse the piping reactions computed with the help of formal pipe stress analysis software by using the load interaction rule.

Fast Approach to Factorize Odd Integers: An algorithm Based Study | Chapter 7 | Current Topics on Mathematics and Computer Science Vol. 10

The paper proves that an odd composite integer N can be factorized in O ((log2N)4) bit operations if N = pq, the divisor q is of the form 2au +1 or 2au -1 with u being an odd integer and α being a positive integer and the other divisor p satisfies 1 < p < 2a +1 or 2a +1 < p <2a+1-1. Theorems and corollaries are proved with detail mathematical reasoning. Algorithm to factorize the odd composite integers is designed and tested in Maple. The results in the paper demonstrate that fast factorization of odd integers is possible with the help of valuated binary tree.

Smart Device Identification of Potsherds and Gemstones with Radiofrequency-Induced Harmonics Vibrations | Chapter 11 | New Ideas Concerning Science and Technology Vol. 11

In materials like potsherds and precious or semiprecious gemstones, radiofrequencies can cause specific vibrational signatures. We previously described a method for identifying pottery shards using ultrasound stimulation and vibrational characteristics. The experimental technique for extracting such signatures from ceramic shards and precious gems using radiofrequency stimulation is now detailed. The technique offers a possible method of on-site substance recognition by extracting vibrational signatures quickly and cheaply and comparing them to a database library.

Recent Study on a High-Precision Registration Technology Based on Bundle Adjustment in Structured Light Scanning System | Chapter 12 | Theory and Practice of Mathematics and Computer Science Vol.2

In this paper, in order to address this problem, we propose a high-precision registration method based on multiple view geometry theory. In the areas of reverse engineering, relic preservation, biomedicine, the most powerful methods of obtaining three-dimensional (3D) surface data of objects, organised light scanning device based on binocular stereo vision, have been commonly used. With the rising number of registrations when measuring a large scale object using standardised light scanning, the multiview 3D data registration accuracy will decrease. First, during the scanning process, a multiview network is built. To refine the multiview network to achieve high-precision global control points, the package adjustment system of optical near range photogrammetry is used. After that, the 3D data is documented with the global control points under each local coordinate of each scan. In the conventional registration procedure, the approach overcomes the accumulation of errors and decreases the time consumption of the following 3D data global optimization. The accuracy and reliability of multiview 3D scan registration is improved. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm will be tested by experiments.

Results of a Comparative Study on Fast Superposition, Superposition Algorithm in Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy Techniques for Prostate Cancer | Chapter 7 | Current Topics in Medicine and Medical Research Vol.5

This study aims to compare the dosimetric coverage of the Planning Target Volume (PTV) and the
dose to main organs at risk (OARs) between two dif-ferent algorithms fast superposition (FSUP),
superposition (SUP) using in-tensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) techniques for prostate cancer.
Ten patients with prostate cancer were selected for this study. For each patient, IMRT plans were
created with 6 MV photon beam quality using CMS XiO treatment planning system. The delivery of
IMRT was carried out using the step and shoot techniques. The dose coverage for each patient was
designated to an ICRU report 62 reference point in the PTV, medium coverage of the planned target
volume to be 95% of the prescribed dose while the maximum dose in the target volume to be not
greater than 107% of the prescribed dose. A hypofractionated prescription dose of 70 Gy/28# at 2.5
Gy per fraction was used. For target, this evalua-tion was made with comparing the conformity index
(CI) and homogeneity index (HI). The results of the present study showed the OARs got less dose
from the SUP algorithm compared to FSUP algorithms. Statistically not significant difference was
observed in V107% of PTV, MU/CC, conformity Index (p = 0.057, p = 0.215, p = 0.370) and 95% PTV
Volume received prescription dose from both Plans. For prostate cancer, the superposition algorithm
showed better results in the IMRT plan compared to the fast superposition algorithm.
