The Case Study of China Construction Bank about Fintech | Chapter 30 | Theoretical Key Issues and Practical Development Trends of China’s Digital Economy

With the combination of finance and technology, more and more financial companies have emerged, more and more technologies have been applied to the financial industry, and the financial technology ecosystem has also begun to take shape. However, under the circumstances of deepening financial openness, increasing risks and a strict supervision environment, China's commercial banks are facing new challenges in the development of the industry. In the financial market, commercial banks as the main body of the market, but also the key to financing, its operation and our country's financial market and the quality of economic development are closely linked. For a long time, China's commercial banks have had some shortcomings in the concept of innovation and innovation ability, as well as weak asset allocation ability and slow updating of product and service varieties. In order to improve their profitability, they must change their business thinking and innovate their business model. Some commercial banks have realized the importance of financial technology in the development of the banking industry, and in order to enhance their competitiveness, they have begun the development and transformation of financial technology. Therefore, standing in the background of the development of financial technology, this paper analyzes the operating mechanism of financial technology in China's commercial banks and discusses the transformation and upgrading of commercial banks through financial technology, which will be helpful to improve the operating conditions of banks, deepen financial services and expand the breadth of services.

Firstly, the article defines the connotation of financial technology, and the boundary between it and other concepts, and then makes an in-depth analysis of the development prospect of financial technology in China and related theoretical mechanisms. And through the case study of China Construction Bank, proves that the rapid development of financial technology has improved the operation of commercial banks and made it become a new economic growth point. Finally, it is of great significance to improve the operating conditions of China's commercial banks through the study of the management concept of commercial banks, the improvement of bank operation methods, and the enhancement of financial technology capabilities.

Transformation of Vernacular and Particularised Education towards Integration into “Malaysian Education”: An Overview | Chapter 10 | Progress in Language, Literature and Education Research Vol. 2

This unit discusses about transformation of Vernacular and Particularised Instruction towards Integration into “Malaysian Instruction”. To address the primary study concerns, the prevailing, detached education system is explained, with a devote effort to something mother-tongue vernacular instruction as well as added sub-set educational organizations like religious and "one-race" schools. Over decades, these have unavoidably amounted to social disturbance. It is discovered that educators place a high devote effort to something the national language and English's addition in the school curriculum, in addition to on the transformation and integration—rather than the removal of these educational subsets—into prevailing education. This can help evolve Malaysian instruction into a globally reputed instruction system. Educationists are again of the view that it can be then an active bonding tool for governmental unity. The pioneering education system from the early twentieth of one hundred years onwards had not tried sufficiently comprehensively the process of a fastening national socialization, towards a Malayan nationhood (thenceforth abounding onwards to a Malaysian knowledge of a one nation), cause the diverse communities were basically schooled alone in Malay and vernacular schools. This was also very much organized as such owing to the geographically divided and alie- nated living conditions of the people. The national education idea permits the teaching of sound, religion, and literature in the home language languages. In-depth individual-to-one interviews of greater primary school learners, were found to have skimpy knowledge in the Malay- national style and English, in topical information areas in Science, Moral Instruction, common knowledge ideas, and common civility welcomes.  The cultivation and inculcation of nationhood principles directed towards the expanding of the sense of belonging and solidarity in Malaysian teens and society, contributing to the progress of the Malaysian identity, needs expected assuredly the daily occupied call of these education organizations.

Cytogenetic Background of Diagnostic / Prognostic DNA-Karyometry | Chapter 13 | Advanced Research in Biological Science Vol. 3

Subjective microscopical morphologic disease and grading the virulence of tumors reveals some deficiencies in very early stages of their growth (low positive predicting value) and in ranking their malignancy (low reproducibility and restricted prognostic validity). Detecting the DNA-cytometric equivalent of clonal chromosomal aneuploidy (= DNA-stemline-aneuploidy) helps to recognize malignant transformation former than microscopic form by cytology or histology unique. Quantifying the number and deviation of cytogenetically weird cell clones (equivalent = number and c-values of strange DNAstemlines) allow a more genuine and more reproducible grading of malignancy in many types of malignancy (e.g. of the prostate). We in this place describe the equivalence of particular terms, secondhand in cancer cytogenetics and DNA-cytometry resp. -karyometry. Therapeutic consequences of the cytometric discovery of single-container- or stemline-DNA-aneuploidy are proposed.

Use of GeoGebra in High School Mathematics: A Case of Geometric Transformation for Teaching and Learning| Chapter 6 | Recent Progress in Science and Technology Vol. 1

This stage discusses how GeoGebra is secondhand in high school arithmetic classes to teach and learn lines transformations. GeoGebra is an common geometry, algebra, enumerations, and calculus use of mathematical software that is to say very important from simple to university levels to foster numerical experiments and discoveries. Similarly, this chapter's gift included various specific illustrations of renewal, including idea, rotation, translation, and distention, for teaching arithmetic to sixteen students in one of the subordinate schools in Kathmandu Valley, Nepal. This chapter examines the use of GeoGebra in eleven episodes by subscribing to the teaching experiment as the subjective research methodology. To help the student appreciate abstract concepts of renewal, we used adequate drawings, pictures, and animations with the help of GeoGebra. The experiment's consequence in a classroom demonstrates the profit of GeoGebra in instructing and learning about life-changing ideas. The results of this study display that if GeoGebra is used in arithmetic classes, students may start to assemble their own knowledge actively. In these classes, pupils co-operate in a group, illustrate transformational ideas, and take pride in their authority in the hall. The traditional lecture method of education mathematics, that moves the focus of education from the teacher to the trainee, is supported by this critical visualizing tool.

Development of an Economic Empowerment Framework for Small-scale Agro-processors in South Africa| Book Publisher International

Any country that wants to experience sustained economic growth and development must make sure that all of its citizens have access to the economy. The purpose of this study was to provide a framework for economic empowerment for the administration of small-scale agricultural processors in South Africa. Globally, the role of agriculture is changing, and this is also true for the agro-processing industry. Since 1994, efforts to close policy loopholes and provide a supportive environment for small-scale agro-processors to participate fully in the formal sector have not produced the expected outcomes. However, the development of a successful small-scale agro-processing industry depends on government initiatives. The South African Agri-BEE Transformation Charter is a policy, however the framework is unclear. Its implementation has not adequately addressed the ongoing issue of small-scale agroprocessors finding it difficult to participate in the formal economy. Even while the South African government has made large expenditures across the board to narrow market gaps in agro-processing, the dominance of a select few massive commercial firms is growing. Whether post-apartheid South Africa's government policies have changed the inherited agro-processing system to allow small-scale agro-processors to enter the formal sector is the main contention of this study. The issue is whether the previous agro-processing system exists because the government failed to set up an empowerment mechanism that could rectify historical disparities in the agro-processing industry in South Africa. Data were collected from small-scale agro-processors in five South African provinces for the thesis using a mixed-method approach. The information was examined using both descriptive and inferential statistical methods, including correlation analysis, hierarchical multiple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, one-way factorial ANOVA, and structural equation modelling. The study found that the internal resource status of small-scale agro-processors is directly influenced by the networks, inventories, and trademarks of organisations. Additionally, capacity building has the biggest impact on the economic empowerment of small-scale agroprocessors. On the other side, factors that support the integration of small-scale agro-processing into the formal economy include transformation and infrastructural tools, time management, output decision-making, interventions and participation, income generation, leadership, and interventions. The study's findings indicate that business networks and access to markets are both greatly improved by capacity-building. Market accessibility affects income creation and, as a result, the economic empowerment of small-scale agroprocessors. The study also showed that, while current policies, like Agri-BEE, focus on transformation, a business network is a crucial internal resource for small-scale agro-processing firms to participate in the formal sector. In order to help small-scale agro-processing businesses manage their operations more effectively and take part in the formal economy, an economic empowerment framework was created.

Towards Wavelet Based Video Codec | Book Publisher International

Since 1980, new video codecs have been created that produce low data rates while preserving the integrity of raw visual data. Videos are typically kept on general-purpose computers and a variety of portable devices. The amount of capacity required to store raw video data in those devices is enormous. As a result, video compression is a fascinating and important issue. There are two types of compression methods: lossy and lossless. Lossy compression is a method of increasing compression efficiency by losing image and video quality. The preservation of the original data is more important than compression performance in some applications; this is where lossless compression comes in. As a result, this book concentrates on lossy compression. Furthermore, motion estimation and compensation are thought to be important.

Sociology in Various Contexts | Book Publisher International

"Sociology in Various Contexts" paints a picture of today's rapidly changing world. Sociology, being the science of society, must investigate the ever changing world from various angles. The current globalising world must be constantly observed and examined in order to identify society's flaws and supply the necessary answers. Some of them have been touched by this book, but there is still much more to be done. Countries must plan for and research their societies in accordance with their national norms and values, however many nations are experiencing difficulties as globalisation continues. More sociological evaluations of such countries are required. Many emerging countries believe they are falling behind under such conditions. As a result, they are making significant efforts to improve technologically in order to integrate developed-country standards. In Asia, for example, the Literacy Index has seen significant changes, bridging the industrial and technical divide. One of the weaknesses of emerging countries is a sociological lack of social work, which leads to social illnesses and challenges. One of the difficulties confronting emerging countries is population expansion, which has resulted in child labour to support their families. This phenomenon may be seen all over India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Africa. Asia, with a population of 4.6 billion people spread across 48 countries, is sociologically susceptible in many ways. Slums, unemployment, economic inflation, and a slew of other issues are prevalent in many parts of the developing globe, necessitating social, economic, and demographic remedies. Many people in developing countries face water and food shortages, and they require adequate solutions.

Transformation of Organo-Modified Thin Plate-Shaped OCP to Laminated Hexagonal HAP Nanocrystals | Chapter 4 | New Innovations in Chemistry and Biochemistry Vol. 5

Under hydrothermal conditions at 180°C for 3 hours, laminated hexagonal thin plate-shaped hydroxyapatite (HAP) nanocrystals are generated from organically salt of dicarboxylic acid (e.g. succinic acid) based plate-shaped octacalcium phosphate (OCP). The pH of the solution is adjusted to 5.5 with respect to temperature during phase transformation, and the complexated succinate ion with a Ca/P molar ratio of 1.560.02 is expected. XRD and SEM patterns were used to characterise the morphological observation of crystals. Since the HAP crystal system is hexagonal, the crystallite size in various (a,b,c) axes varies depending on the thickness of plate-shaped HAP crystals. The thickness of these produced crystals, which are perpendicular to the (100) plane and have a submicrometer thickness, is determined using Scherrer's equation D100 = K/(cos).

A Genre-based Study of Insurance Sales Agent-Client Interactions in Transformational China’s Rural Areas: A Prospective Approach | Chapter 7 | Selected Topics in Humanities and Social Sciences Vol. 5

The study intends to investigate the dynamics of insurance sales agent-client interactions in transformative China's rural areas from a socio-cultural perspective, using 10 authentic audio-recorded data. It begins by generalising specific discursive patterns derived from moves and stages [1,2] of utterances made in agent-client interactions that are guided by communicative goals. Warming up is the initial step, and it demands greater attention because it is so important in the interactions. The research describes the various types and roles of warming up, as well as how they connect to the basic working mechanism of rural agent-client interactions. Another crucial step, establishing credentials and trust, has been thoroughly examined, as trust is the cornerstone of successful insurance sales. The study's analysis tries to show the changing nature of modern Chinese rural culture, in which old and traditional value systems have been largely decimated and a new value system has yet to emerge.

System Support Engineering: A Tool to Achieve Strategy Transformation and Sustainable Operation | Chapter 1 | Recent Advances in Science and Technology Research Vol.5

Modern Engineering assets are complex and very high in value of production. They are expected to

function for years to come, with ability to handle the changes in technology and feed quality. The
aging of an asset and continuous increases of vendors and contractors force the asset’s operation
management to design a strategic approach which can capture these changes. Therefore, this paper
explores and outlines the nature of the support system design for an engineering asset in order to
comply with strategic transformation. The research work explores the operation support system from a
range of perspectives, by interviewing managers from across engineering organizations. The factors
contributing to complexity of a support system are described in the context presented, which clusters
them into several key areas. It is proposed that SSE framework may then be used as analytical tool
for managing and designing support system(s). The paper will conclude with discussion of potential
application and strategic views of the framework. Also, it will designate the opportunities for future
work
