Overall, sanitary toilet complexes help in ensuring social
dignity and privacy, and maintaining the health status of the village. However,

results in their inutility. Present research first explores the key challenges

India. It thereafter explores the hierarchical inter-relationships amongst the
various challenges faced through ISM methodology.
