This research work tries to explore the various essentials of an effective story telling which an educator should follow in order to be effective, honest, memorable and self -satisfying and tries to study the inter-relationships amongst them using hierarchical matrices obtained through VAXO technique of Interpretive Structural Modeling [ISM] methodology.
