The universe is composed of limitless s- cosmic islands, limitless v-cosmic islands and limitless transition zones. The existing and changeful forms of the cosmic islands must differ from each other. The cosmological law holds only approximately inside a cosmic island. No facts can be exchanged 'tween a s-cosmic island and an abutting v-cosmic island for fear that every observer thinks welcome cosmic island expected the whole universe. It is attainable that some cosmic isles are contracting, some universal islands are expanding, and different cosmic islands are fixed for a time. But the universe all at once is always invariable and holds all possible existing forms of matter. To present a possible explanation for stray quasars, quasars and the sources of high strength protons. The Originality of China’s Aid Policy to Africa | Chapter 9 | Recent Trends in Arts and Social Studies Vol. 3

 This study focal points the singularity of China’s aid in Africa as it is implanted on the country’s strategic culture. Using document study and oral beginnings, this study reexamines the Chinese approach in the field of growth assistance. It is established the premise that the Chinese aid policy in Africa combines authenticity and idealism to gain its foreign affairs goals in Africa, and this uniqueness is deeply rooted in antiquated principles arising the Chinese strategic education. China’s foreign aid tactics aims at improving its worldwide image, about that it cares very deeply, and that contradicts the conventional wisdom debate that China supports violators of human rights. China’s aid tactics in general are less particular about the cultural uniqueness of China’s bilateral aid policy in African nations. Aid is at the same time sensible and flexible. It is sensible because it conforms to conditions which couple China’s political and business-related interests. To show this assertion is appropriate, the article involves three sections.  The prevailing assumption for nearly a century has been that the universe was created by a big bang singularity. This speculative occurrence is an impossibility that has only become a well-established belief due to a basic scientific inaccuracy that few have questioned until now. The cosmos could not have formed from any singularity, according to this book, which gives both logical proof and scientific evidence. Hubble's law, which assumes that galaxies are moving away from Earth at velocities proportionate to their distance, is widely regarded as the definitive proof that the universe is expanding. Hubble's law is severely defective due to erroneous assumptions, weak logic, and data that appears to have been fabricated. Edwin Hubble formed the erroneous assumption that nebulae are rushing away from one other, then discovered the mathematics to back up his assertion. In modern physics, general relativity (GR) is the geometric theory of gravity that has come to be acknowledged as the standard definition of gravitation. Gravity, according to GR, is the outcome of large objects distorting four-dimensional spacetime geometrically. The more mass in a body that provides gravity, the greater the claimed distortion. This distortion is said to alter the trajectory of moving objects in space, as well as the pathways of light rays passing close to huge objects. GR is, unfortunately, a terminally defective hypothesis based on logical mistakes, erroneous assumptions, and empirical misinterpretation.
