Fine Grained Access Control on Information Retrieval | Chapter 2 | Research and Developments in Engineering Research Vol. 1

Enterprise computer data storage and retrieval is more difficult than web-located information retrieval due to recovery from heterogeneous distributed dossier sources and the need for higher recovery accuracy [1]. In [2], collaborative mixture (CF) guided by active response (AF) is proposed for information retrieval in energy environment. However, this work did not allow for possibility enforcing fine-grained approach control on retrieval, which is a fault-finding requirement in an enterprise atmosphere. This paper proposes fine-grained approach controlled information retrieval in an resourcefulness environment with nothing leakage assurance by way of direct or inference. Concept masking utilizing CP-ABE is done to guarantee fine grained access control. The precision of search results has raised due to fine-grained approach control.

Elaboration and Characterization of Phosphosilicates Apatites Containing Lanthanum| Chapter 1 | Recent Trends in Chemical and Material Sciences Vol.7

In the temperature range of 1200–1400°C, two series of strontium–lanthanum apatites, Sr10-xLax(PO4)6-x(SiO4)xF2 and Sr10-xLax(PO4)6-x(SiO4)xO with 0 x 6, were produced by solid state reaction. The crystal structure and vibrational active modes of the produced materials were investigated using X-ray diffraction, NMR spectroscopy, and infrared and Raman studies.

Within a narrow spectrum of unsubstituted phosphate and silicate apatites, pure solid solutions were obtained. The radius of the corresponding substituted ions influenced the fluctuation of the lattice parameters, with a rise in a and a decrease in c.
The vibration modes of the PO4 and SiO4 groups were allocated to the bands of infrared and Raman spectra. When the results of the 29Si MAS NMR investigation were compared to those of the 31P, it was discovered that both species occupied the same crystallographic positions.

Structural and Biocidal Studies of Monobutyltin (IV) Derivatives of 1-Hydroxy-2-Naphthoic Acid | Chapter 04 | Challenges and Advances in Chemical Science Vol. 6

Biocidal effects of organotin compounds, such as antibacterial, antifungal, and antipestal activity, are well documented. A few organotin (IV) derivatives in 1:1 [BuSn(L)(OPri)] have been produced. The reaction between monobutyltin triisopropoxide and 1-Hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid produces 1:2 [BuSn(LH)2(OPri)], 1:3 [BuSn(LH)3], and 2:1 [(BuSn)2L(OPri)4] molar ratios (where L = 1-Hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid). Elemental studies, as well as IR and NMR experimental techniques, were used to investigate the produced derivatives. By knowing the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) values on gramme positive (Staphylococcus aureus) and gramme negative (Escherichia coli) bacteria, as well as Aspergillus niger and Candida albicans fungi, the derivatives were evaluated for antibacterial and antifungal activity. Antipestal properties against the pest Tribolium castaneum were also tested on the compounds. These compounds outperformed the comparable ligand in terms of biocidal activity.

Studies on Antibacterial and Antifungal Activities of Some Derivatives of Tributyltin (IV) of Salicylic Acid | Chapter 13 | New Visions in Science and Technology Vol. 2

Biocides made of organotin chemicals are routinely employed. In various molar ratios, Tributyltin (IV) of salicylic acid derivatives have been produced. The synthesised compounds were examined using elemental analysis and a variety of experimental techniques. On both gramme +ve (Staphylococcus aureus) and gramme -ve (Staphylococcus epidermidis) bacteria, the antibacterial capabilities of the produced derivatives were evaluated using their Minimum Inhibitory Concentration values (Escherichia coli). The antifungal effects of the produced compounds on the Aspergillus niger and Candida albicans fungi were assessed using their Minimum Inhibitory Concentration values. The compounds synthesised in this way were found to be stable at room temperature, according to the discussion. In terms of antibacterial and antifungal activity, these compounds outperformed the ligand.

A Study on Thermal Degradation of Hydrazinated Transition Metal Acetamido Benzoates | Chapter 6 | Current Perspectives on Chemical Sciences Vol. 2

A research has been performed and published here on the preparation of hydrazinated metal complexes of isomeric acetamide benzoic acids with Co, Ni , Zn and Cd metals and characterization using analytical, FT IR, UV reflectance, micro elemental analysis, simultaneous TG-DTA, powder XRD, measurements of magnetic susceptibility and SEM-EDX studies. H2O, where M = Co, Cd and Zn; [M(3-acamb)2(Hz)].H2O, where M = Ni and Co and [M(3-acamb)2(Hz)].H2O, where M = Ni and Co and [M(3-acamb)2(Hz)].2H2O, where M = Cd and Zn; [Co(4-acamb)2(Hz)].H2O and [M(4-acamb)2(Hz)].2H2O, where M = Ni, Cd and Zn, 2-acambH = 2-acetamide benzoic acid, 3acambH = 3-acetamide benzoic acid, 4-acambh = 4-acetamide benzoic acid, 4-acambh = 4-acetamide benzoic acid, and 4-acetamide benzoic acid Uh. N2H4. Among these, the 2-acambH and 4-acambH Ni , Co and Cd complexes were obtained at pH 5 and 6, respectively, while the Zn complexes of both acids were generated at pH 3. At pH 5, 3-acambH complexes were prepared. The N-N stretching frequency absorptions are shown by the IR spectra of the compounds in the range of 984-926 cm-1, suggesting hydrazine's bridging bidentate coordination. In the range 1611-1582 cm-1 and in the range 1555-1422 cm-1 the compounds display the values of ¤(C = O)(asym) and the values of Å(C = O)(sym). The difference between (C = O) (asym) and (C = O) (sym), which is found to be 48-162 cm-1, indicates that in the bidendate mode, the carboxylate anion is coordinated with the metal ion. These complexes first remove water molecules in the 140-177oC range and then undergo oxidative decomposition, exhibiting exotherms to their metal oxides in the 200-278oC and 400-682oC range. Complexes of cadmium and zinc reveal their intermediates as carbonates. The electronic spectrum and the susceptibibi magnet

Application of Greener Approach for the Synthesis of Benzopinacol by Benzophenone Using an Alternate Solvent Ethanol | Chapter 13 | Current Perspectives on Chemical Sciences Vol. 1

Green chemistry, also called sustainable chemistry, is an area of chemistry and chemical engineering
focused on the designing of products and processes that minimize or eliminate the use and
generation of hazardous substances. A synthesis of benzopinacol from benzophenone is carried out
using ethanol as a solvent. This ia a free radical reaction and reduction of benzophenone occurs by
sunlight via UV radiation. Benzopinacol is the catalyst for the formation of unsaturated polyesters. It is
also used as an organic synthesis intermediate and as an initiator of polymerization by free radicals.
Characterization of Benzopinacol was done by using spectroscopic technique like IR,NMR etc.
Results positively show that solvent ethyl alcohol can be used as an alternative for photoreduction of
benzophenone in case of non availability of isopropyl alcohol.
