 The main cause of morbidity in children is renal illness. The prevention of chronic kidney disease depends heavily on the early detection and treatment of renal illness in children (CKD). Early detection and treatment of these diseases are crucial since many causes of CKD in children, such as congenital abnormalities of the kidney and urinary system and urinary tract infection, may be prevented. Pediatricians and primary care doctors should be knowledgeable about the different ways that paediatric renal disorders present themselves and should be highly suspicious of any asymptomatic patients. Congenital anomalies of the kidney and urinary tract (CAKUT), signs and symptoms of renal disease, abnormal urinalysis, urinary tract infection, water, electrolyte, and acid-base disturbances, glomerular disease, renal tubular disorders, hypertension, nephrotic syndrome, and decreased renal function are all possible in patients with renal disease. Pediatricians and primary care doctors may begin the evaluation and treatment of paediatric renal disease depending on how comfortable they are doing so. A paediatric nephrologist should be consulted for patients who require collaboration or invasive tests, have serious renal disease or diminished renal function, or have anxious parents.

Partial Structure Factors of Compound Forming Na-Pb Binary Liquid Alloy Using Ab-Initio Pseudopotentials| Chapter 6 | Recent Trends in Chemical and Material Sciences Vol. 9

 Using Hoshino's m-component hard sphere mixture, which is based on Percus-Yevic equation of Hiroike, the partial structure factors of compound forming NaPb alloy with the formation of two compounds simultaneously have been studied. NaPb has been subjected to formulae, resulting in the simultaneous synthesis of NaPb and Na4Pb. With the aid of Troullier and Martin's ab-initio pseudopotentials, hard sphere diameters have been discovered. Studies of ‘Soccer Hooligan’ may be an another Chance to Marxist Approach| Chapter 10 | Research Developments in Arts and Social Studies Vol. 7

 In this chapter, we examine significant scholarly publications on soccer hooliganism. The study also took into account the rise in popularity of ex-hooligans' "confessions" books. This review does not claim to be exhaustive because there is a large and growing amount of literature in this area. The various academic theories include the "figurational" or "process-sociological" approach, which was popular in the early 20th century, developed by Dunning et al., the "anthropological" approach by Armstrong and Harris, the post-modern approach by Giulianotti, the Marxist approach by Taylor, Clarke, and Hargreaves, the "ethogenic" approach by Marsh, the "psychological reversal theory" approach by Kerr, and the historically sensitive/historical approaches by King and We go back to Ian Taylor's Marxist theoretical perspective later in the article. Even though Marxist perspectives are no longer common in academia, we think they still have something to contribute.

Corporate Social Responsibility Reporting at Scottish Premiership Football Clubs, 2012-2015| Chapter 9 | Research Developments in Arts and Social Studies Vol. 7

 This article examines and reflects on the 12 football clubs competing in the Scottish Premiership for the 2016–17 season's CSR reporting. The SPFL Trust, official websites, community arms disclosure, yearly reports, and official websites were the four information sources that underwent content analysis. With the appointment of a designated director in 2013, Aberdeen FC demonstrated a certain level of stakeholder engagement. Hearts, a medium-sized team, as well as lesser clubs Kilmarnock, Ross County, and St Johnstone, have shown an awareness of the expectations placed on them by stakeholders. In light of Aberdeen's ambitions for a new stadium and Celtic's hosting of the opening ceremony of the 2014 Commonwealth Games, it is obvious that CSR initiatives are being used to foster good links with local authorities. The majority of clubs were discovered to be located in Scotland's most impoverished regions. It makes sense that these clubs are strongly motivated for CSR in light of this.

Leadership-Managerial Satisfaction Factors Affecting Workers in the Industries under the Era of the Ruling Party (CCM) -School as to Any Industry| Chapter 8 | Research Developments in Arts and Social Studies Vol. 7

 This study's primary goal was to I analyse the leadership-managerial satisfaction elements impacting employees in the business, specifically the school industry as compared to other industries. (ii) To identify elements that affect employees in publicly held industries in terms of leadership-managerial satisfaction. (iii) To identify the elements influencing employees in privately owned industries in terms of leadership and managerial satisfaction. (iv) To determine how different working departments' levels of leadership-managerial satisfaction effect employees in the industry. Survey research methodology was used. According to research findings, the following factors—pay, social simulation, potential for promotion, job condition, and job security—have an impact on the satisfaction of secondary school sector workers across all types of (public and private) enterprises. According to the results of the ANOVA test, which had an alpha value of 0.428, which was higher than 0.01 and 0.05, there is no statistically significant difference in the levels of satisfaction among all departments in the industry. According to these findings, the researcher suggests that the following policy changes be made by the government and the ruling party (CCM): I Secondary school industry workers (teachers) should be paid and given their return time; ii) Secondary school industry workers (administrators) should be paid and given their retur time; and iii) Secondary school industry workers should have positive productivity in the industry (academic performance of the students). Giving them ample time for social simulation (to meet their family, friends, and go shopping), promoting everyone equitably and quickly, and providing them with good employment conditions like housing and transportation should all be given priority. Threats should not be used by business executives (administrators in schools) toward their subordinates. ii) Employees in the secondary school industry who work in the fields of science, art, and other subjects should all be acknowledged, valued, and accorded equal importance. It should be remembered that the Ministry of Education and its sectors, which are under the control of the ruling party, are responsible for any errors made that undermine and halt the expansion of this educational business (CCM).
