In this study, an energy management control strategy is
designed, such that it handles transient conditions effectively, maintains the
DC link voltage constant, and improves battery life by reducing the stresses
placed on the batteries. Power demand all around the world is increasing day by
day and conventional energy sources are getting depleted. In order to meet the
power demand and to reduce the carbon emission caused by the conventional
energy sources, alternate energy sources are important. Renewable energy
sources are the promising solution. Wind and solar are two reliable energy
sources among the various renewable energy sources. In this proposed paper Wind
and PV energy-based DC microgrid is proposed with super capacitor and battery
hybrid energy storage systems. Constant DC link voltage is the replication of
energy balance in DC microgrid. The main goal of the proposed microgrid energy
management algorithm is to maintain the constant DC link voltage irrespective
of the intermittent nature of the renewable energy sources and load
variations. Energy management system is
designed in such a way that transient power requirement caused by sudden load
variation, generation change and due to fault condition is quickly handled by
supercapacitor which is high power density device and average power
requirements is handled by battery energy storage. Proposed energy management
system offers fast dc link voltage and HESS is connected parallel to DC bus via
bidirectional DC -DC converter, enables power flow in both the directions. Slow
response of the battery is compensated using battery power compensating input
to the super capacitor controller. The proposed energy management system
improves battery life span along with effective DC link voltage regulation. The
proposed control algorithm of energy management is compared with conventional
energy management system in MATLAB/Simulink and presented for various studies.

Analyzing the Histopathological Spectrum of Central Nervous System Tumours at a Tertiary Care Centre: A One Year Prospective Study | Chapter 3 | Advanced Concepts in Medicine and Medical Research Vol. 10
This phase aims to analyse the histopathological spectrum of Principal nervous system (CNS) tumours irrespective adult in a single organization. CNS tumors are a distinct and heterogeneous group of neoplasms that involve both mild and malignant neoplasms. Because of their changing presentation and coinciding morphological features, these tumors are disputing to diagnose. Immunohistochemistry acquired immune deficiency syndrome in the resolution of demonstrative challenges in challenging instances. The age distribution of CNS tumours is pronounced to be bimodal. Men are involved more frequently, meningiomas being irregularity.This one period prospective study was conducted, at the area of pathology, ASRAM from 2016 to 2017. Neurosurgical samples were formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded and tainted with Haematoxylin and eosin. Immunohistochemical stones were used in specific cases like S-100, CD-45, etc. In our hearing, 72 brain neoplasms were checked.The findings accompanied that Neuroepithelial tumours (25) were most common, followed by meningothelial tumours (22), tumours of sellar inception(12), tumours of cranial and paraspinal nerves(5), metastatic tumours(4) and so forth (4). The current study emphasizes the histological variability of CNS tumors indifferent age groups. The greatest occurrence of CNS tumors was observed in the fourth to having five of something decade. Afterwards the age of 40, meningiomas and astrocytomas were prevalent tumors. Among astrocytomas, GBM was ultimate prevalent. Immunohistochemistry was beneficial in difficult instances.

Validation and Development of a Moroccan School Quality Evaluation System: A Recent Study| Chapter 7 | Current Research in Language, Literature and Education Vol.4
Education systems' priorities are currently focused on evaluation. It has an impact on teachers, schools, training, management, educational policy, and design, in addition to learning. There is a need in this sector, notably in teaching and education, where research in Morocco is extremely limited. When evaluating a school with multiple practises and actors, the concept of transferring quality evaluation to the pedagogical side is challenging. The goal of the study is to create and validate a tool for evaluating schools, as well as to propose an appropriate measuring instrument for teaching quality for future inspectorate missions and to present the validation of pedagogical and administrative quality indicators in schools within a rigorous methodological framework. This application provides a dashboard with exact metrics for pedagogical audits of Moroccan-based schools and educational institutions. To choose the appropriate indicators, we employed a variety of methods with the actors who carry out their activities (structured interviews, focus groups, factor analysis, and so on). With our hands, we identified three (03) fields and ten (10) criteria for a quality assessment. Management and strategic planning, administrative and sector management, and educational organisation are the three domains.

Recent Development: Vaccine Allied Biologics | Chapter 9 | Highlights on Medicine and Medical Science Vol. 8
There were a variety of biologic preparations that had vaccine-like potential. Currently, they are organised in groups, similar to how vaccine classes are gathered. Therapeutic vaccine allied biologics TVAB is an example of such a group. TVAB can assemble at least five classes, which are available for both experimental and therapeutic application to a lesser extent. Cellular secretions, receptor-anti-receptor check point inhibitors, subunite macromolecules, commensal microbiota, and bacteriotherpeutics are examples of these classes. Both vaccination criteria and group-specific special evaluations were used to evaluate the suggested classes. This is a stage in the development of a new classification system for vaccines and related biologics.

Note on Practical Troubles Appear on Computer Architecture on the Interface User (Desktop) Operations | Chapter 7 | Theory and Practice of Mathematics and Computer Science Vol. 9
This paper discusses the issues and problems that arise as a result of what happens on the Graphic User Interface (GUI). For the device case and the architectural case for the users, any operation that occurs is indicated. The global case of machine system could be seen during usage operations and the normal programmes are used. Any peripheral storage device (main or secondary) may be an indicator of whether or not the system requires troubleshooting. Opening and closing such programmes, as well as the type of operation, can be used to determine what the problem is and how to solve it. The irregularity of this proposal may occur in practical operations in a network or not. Testing operations users use including storage, inputting and outputting, data transferring, doing calculations, and connecting peripheral devices is the used methodology. These operations are carried out while taking into account the overall computer system and other factors pertaining to system control of other devices.
The following are the goals and objectives: Per machine has
its own operating system (OS). This Operating System has a series of
instructions that must be followed in order to perform particular functions
within and within the limits of the computer's peripherals and connected input
and output.
As a result of the computer system architecture defining the conceptual
structure and practical actions of a computer system, it is essential to assess
the system risks and issues that result in unorganised and non-synchronized
operations performed by clients on a daily basis.
The GUI appears, with a clean screen for the user to see and
search for any threats, issues, or irregularities in the system's operation.
It is very simple to detect irregularities in the operating system simply by
notifying the Graphic User Interface warnings, or problems that occur, or even
disruptions in the user's normal desktop operations.
It is very easy to notice that certain basic operations are disrupted and do not function properly or precisely after understanding the conceptual design of the computer system.
The following are the objectives of this project study in a
nutshell:
- Examining signs of device irregularity
- To make it easier for the user to understand what is going on with the system
by noting the GUI and checking certain system operations on the desktop
- To be familiar with the computer system's architectural work flow.

Experiments Using Database Management System to Develop and Implement an Automated Motor Vehicle Management System | Chapter 6 | Recent Advances in Science and Technology Research Vol. 7
A system designed to control the movement of vehicles in and out of an enterprise is an automated motor vehicle management system. Presently, in most organisations, vehicle movements are handled manually by security officials stationed at the gates. In certain cases, this method is correlated with mismanaged data, incomplete data or no data at all. Consequently, in order to deal with cases of fraud, careful tracking of people and vehicles and to provide accurate information for decision-making, it is important to build a computerised system to handle data taken from the vast number of vehicles that travel in and out of organisations. This study was aimed at introducing a method of motor vehicle movement control and was a valuable starting point for record management at the main gate of Joseph Ayo Babalola University. The proposed scheme is based on a window Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0.0. is a software application developed for Microsoft Access as a database management system in a visual studio environment. It was tested over a span of two months with data collected and it was able to enhance the organization's performance, protection and professional appearance.
