Fostering Trust, Integrity and Good Governance in the Fight against Corruption | Chapter 3 | The Informed Leader: How Philosophy and Evidence Shape Organizational Performance

The purpose of the study is to 1) analyze different notions of good governance and the methodologies for its evaluation, 2) furnish instruments for the execution and dissemination of exemplary governance norms, 3) enhance ethical consciousness and dedication to principled behavior and 4) enhance efficiency and maintain engagement in ethical training. Good governance and fighting against corruption are frequently linked, whereas corruption is frequently linked to poor governance. Certain fundamental tenets of good governance are also tenets of anti-corruption. The literature associates effective political systems with various characteristics such as participation, adherence to the rule of law, transparency, responsiveness, consensus-oriented, equity and inclusiveness, effectiveness and efficiency, and accountability. Public confidence is essential for efficient governance. It is suggested that a variety of traits be had in order to accomplish good governance, with the ability to strike a balance between practical and general ethics, make connections between morality and other world issues, emphasis the value of morality and ethics in daily life, and also place an emphasis on global ethics and universal principles while allowing for a variety of regional and cultural viewpoints.

Assessment of Police Integrity and Corruption: Causes, Efficacy and Different Prevention Strategies | Chapter 2 | Recent Trends in Arts and Social Studies Vol. 7

This episode aims to identify key issues in lawman integrity and corruption, accompanying a specific prominence on the causes of corruption and the efficacy of various prevention blueprints. The police are the primary faces of law enforcement and commence the criminal fairness process and thus hold important responsibility for functioning law and order. As key counselors of the state, the uprightness of the police comprehensively societies is pivotal to maintain public trust in the rule of standard and the preservation of within security.  The article focuses on the inceptions and effects of lawman corruption, including the relates between uprightness (and breaches in it) and the growth of adulteration, as well as methods for education personnel about administrative principles and integrity. This research does not inquire to evaluate the type or strength of police adulteration that exists in South Africa at the moment. Three important, interconnected issues must be the focus of pushs to improve police care and accountability.  Firstly, place policing has happened militarized and may be undemocratic and authoritarian, works must be made to improve civilian control over the police. Secondly, it should to increase public confidence in the police by improving levels of police duty delivery as well as by fact-finding and acting in cases of police immorality. Thirdly, reducing dishonesty within the police is critical. Finally, the article desires that a holistic anticorruption strategy, alternatively a linear individual, has the potential to raise awareness, increase pay to check petty forms of corruption, establish independent anticorruption instrumentalities, and periodically rotate constables to increase police honor and loyalty for the host country. It is urged that these multifaceted prevention designs are needed inside a police force namely faced with a fiercely divided association to reaffirm public support and deter support for supplied anti-political oppositional groups. The lawman are the initial faces of law enforcement and initiate the criminal justice process and so hold significant responsibility for functioning peace. As key representatives of united states of america, the integrity of the lawman in all societies is important to retain public count on the rule of law and the preservation of within security. When lawman corruption is unprotected or is perceived by the public expected prevalent, assurance in and communal connections with the police force enhance disjointed. Poor believeableness of the police also in another way impacts on the legitimacy of the management. Negative public perceptions of two together the police and government are specifically troublesome in fiercely divided societies or states having armed conflict.

The Reflections on Governance and the Rule of Law in Zimbabwe: Political Philosophy of Nicollo Machiaevelli | Chapter 6 | Research Developments in Arts and Social Studies Vol. 5

In academic circles and at international conferences, where the topic of human rights violations has been extensively addressed both formally and informally, governance and the rule of law have emerged as hot topics. Politics, the economy, the leadership crisis, the ideal political leadership, and legitimacy are the main topics of political debate in the media. The situation in Zimbabwe has been examined using a standard drawn from Machiavellian philosophy. Due to the collapse of African law and order brought on by the colonisation of Zimbabwe and other African nations, violence developed. The challenge of creating a perfect framework for defining and operationalizing the two concepts at both the national and international levels has been further exacerbated by globalisation. The globe should be governed as a single, integrated community under a perfect international legal order. The ultimate goal is to produce a new generation of political leaders who respect human rights, appreciate life, and offer human security. The most unclear and divisive issues facing the African community and the globe at large are security and human rights. The study objectives were achieved by using surveys, interviews, and secondary data sources. My research is based on hermeneutics and philosophical analytical approaches. The study's findings show a diversity of developing viewpoints on African political leadership, governance, and the rule of law. The most common, if contentious, assumption is that violence, rigging, and corruption are necessary components of African politics. As this article explains, the rights to a respectable quality of living, enough security, access to healthcare, land, and peace have evolved from being basic human rights to political rights.

Nano Level Force in Protein Plays Applications of Maximum Untold Understanding of Life Form | Chapter 10 | Recent Developments in Engineering Research Vol.1

There are many interactive forces between atoms applied to solve the problem of nature of molecules. One would go on applying this to several diseases and sufferings. On doing so, we have discovered that a new dimension of atomic arrangements playing a role in existence of force of interaction at nano level say at 1.6 nm. Arrangements are in such way that it maintains a carbon fraction of 0.3144 in the structure of biologically important molecule called protein. Arrangements are important from maintaining structure and another way of interaction due to the deficiency of this domain formation. All our analysis conclude that there is new kind of force of attraction available for advancing the science here in biology and other field as well as other elements possess this nano level forces of attraction. Our results are validated with crystal availability because of force existence. Otherwise other may have to be studied accordingly. Bond of all atoms involved in domain formation are altered from original value of bond formation but increased or decreased according to the type of bonds. Alteration can be a measure of this newly identified nano level force of interaction. Our analysis can be extended to other problems in our science of untold answer.
