A 5-point Likert inquiry ranging from “strongly argue to strongly agree” questions grown by Flins & Burns was used to evaluate traders’ perception to the impact of safety administration system in the organisation. The OHSAS 18001 internal audit tabulation was also used to assess the level of agreement of the organization to the necessities of the SMS. Secondary data was got from document reviews and safety reports of the case study.  The dossier was collated and assign descriptive statistics, t-test and row and procession contingency(R&C) table to evaluate the friendship between safety acting and compliance. For agreement to SMS; General requirements, 91%; Fitness and Safety Policy, 95%; Preparation, 93%, Implementation and Operation, 98%; Audit, 98%; and Administration Review, 93%. The overall average level of compliance was 95%. 100 accused participated in the questionnaire, 64 men and 36 females: 68 technical cadre and 32 nontechnical respondents. R & C possibility table was used to evaluate the relationship middle from two points safety performance and security compliance. The result displayed that there is significant dissimilarity between safety agreement and safety performance because X2calc < X2tab. This outcome joins with similar former works at different case studies. Thus, it is opined that the implementation of a established Safety administration system will continuously correct safety performance. Therefore, the impact of a formal security management system cannot be overemphasized. The practice of strength and safety has evolved additional, as a matter of common sense in several enterprises. However, this study opines that the exercise of a formal safety administration system requirements is assisting to a sustainable continuous bettering in organizational security performance.
