Radio Colouring of Parametrized Graphs | Chapter 6 | Mathematics and Computer Science: Research Updates Vol. 2

The radio colouring is a proper vertex colouring with constraints that any two vertices at distance two should receive different colour and colour differnce between adjacent vertices should be at lest one. Radio colouring concepts plays a major role in frequency assignment problems. The radio chromatic number of sunlet  bistar and pencil graph families has been investigated in detail in this chapter.

Improvement in Plasmid Stability of JM109 Host System | Chapter 2 | Research Aspects in Biological Science Vol. 9

This paper describes the growth and plasmid stability of the E. coli JM109 host system. Plasmids are crucial tools for biotechnology, and for better industrial applications, a solid grasp of their biology is essential. The host system was exposed to a variety of pharmaceutical and chemical concentrations, as well as radiation frequencies, to verify the colony forming units, the concentration, and the stability of plasmids. The chemical acridine orange had the biggest effect on DH5a's growth, whereas the drug dantron had the biggest effect on the organism's development. Microwave radiation at 2GHz and low intensity was found to have the biggest inhibitory effects. However, there was no discernible effect of UV exposure on growth. According to the results of the current study, plasmid concentration and stability are significantly impacted by medications, chemicals, radio frequency, and microwave radiation in addition to organism growth.

Electromagnetic Radiation Effects of Radio Frequency Source on the Human Body | Chapter 12 | Technological Innovation in Engineering Research Vol. 4

The current investigation confirms that energy lost in the human skull varies with both the distance between the head and the electromagnetic source and with changes in the properties of the surrounding medium. Mobile phone usage is increasing rapidly. Our concern is the electromagnetic field coupling between the biological tissue and the radio frequency power source (human head). This issue was solved using a system of equations and a finite element formulation that was combined with a boundary integral formulation that was used with the system. An integral formulation based on the boundary integral approach may be used to determine the electromagnetic field at any location of the inner medium and the surface. With the help of this technique, we are able to determine the RF energy at each location within the inner medium (the human head), based on the specifications of the outside medium, and select the ideal material for the implementation of the interface. The study of the open field problem is made possible by the accurate modelling of electromagnetic wave propagation in the dielectric medium and the application of the absorbing condition.
