Application and Impact of HR Analytics on Talent Management, Branding and Challenges | Chapter 2 | Business, Management and Economics: Research Progress Vol. 2

 

Background and Purpose: HR departments play an important role in aligning the performance of each employee with the goals and objectives of the organization. Making wiser decisions about employees to improve performance at the individual and/or organizational levels is the process of HR analytics. HR analytics is a method for determining the correlation between HR practices and organizational performance outcomes such as sales volume or customer satisfaction. Human Resource Analytics was established in 1978 by Jac Fitz-Enz, the pioneer of human capital strategic analysis and performance benchmarking. In this paper, the researcher discusses the concept of HR analytics, its application, its impact on talent management, branding, and challenges in its application.

 

Methodology: The researcher examines secondary data and conducts a thorough literature review to understand the concept and its application across industries and nations, as well as to identify any challenges encountered during deployment and any benefits perceived by various industry professionals.

 

Findings: The findings of the study indicate that the use of HR analytics may be of assistance to businesses in the process of creating their brand and acquiring a competitive edge in the present business environment, which is defined by strong competition. Furthermore, it has the potential to enhance the productivity of the workforce as well as the output of the personnel.

 

Conclusion: By enhancing HR rules and processes, HR analytics may undoubtedly increase the department's reputation. To effectively cooperate on HR analytics initiatives, HR professionals are gaining new skills and competencies. HR professionals must become proficient at demonstrating the effects of HR strategies on business outcomes. Conducting exploratory research on the problems and obstacles to HR analytics adoption in enterprises can be part of the future scope.

A Study on Benefits Associated with Brand in the Purchase of Mysore Silk Saree | Chapter 25 | Leading the Charge: A Guide to Management, Entrepreneurship and Technology in the Dynamic Business Landscape Edition 1

Introduction: A Mysore Silk Saree is a very unique and enjoyable purchase for customers since it embodies a weaving of both material and intangible advantages. These sarees are of high quality and are expertly woven with finest silk, which ensures both durability and opulent aesthetics. Customer relationship management is crucial for the business of Mysore silk sarees because it focuses on maintaining a strong market presence while prioritizing customer satisfaction and accordingly the customer is turning into a key factor for the little and huge organizations.

Aims and objectives: This research paper aims to study the complex relationship between consumer preferences, brand influence, and the traditional realm of buying Mysore silk sarees. It covers the relationship with business partners, regulators and investors and society in large. The aim of the study is also investigate customer behaviors and opinions towards buying Mysore Silk Sarees. It examines the branding components and how it affects the consumers decisions. It studies the complex relationship of consumer preferences, brand influence, and the traditional realm of buying Mysore silk sarees and understanding the customer needs, that includes design, color, pattern, quality, trust, celebrity endorsement, brand name, tradition.

Place and Duration of Study: The study was conducted in Bangalore city, with also include people who might be the visitors to the city. Duration of the study was 2 months from May and June 2023.

Study Design: The research design used is Descriptive design. In this study design, features, behaviors, or occurrences are carefully observed and described without the usage of manipulative factors. It seeks to give readers a precise and thorough overview of the topic under study. This design gives a better understanding to the researchers into current patterns, linkages, and trends, so that it will give them a scope of further research opportunities. Data has been gathered by using both statistical methods and theme classification for qualitative inputs. When navigating the world of Mysore silk saree procurement, this analytical phase sought to identify trends, patterns, and recurring themes relating to the perceived advantages associated with brands.

Results: The research results provide brands, producers, and marketers with concrete ideas on how to incorporate the observed advantages into their branding strategy and strengthen consumer loyalty and trust. Mysore silk creates a brand image in the customer’s mindsets and maintains a long-term relationship with their customers.

Conclusion: Purchasing a Mysore Silk Saree is an act of supporting regional craftspeople, conserving history, and boosting local economies. Additionally, these sarees became symbols of distinction, denoting not just individual pride but also a group ties to a past that still permeates modern life.

In today's highly competitive business world, corporate visual identity (CVI) plays a critical role in determining a company's success. It is imperative for modern organizations to understand the interdisciplinary nature of CVI to stay ahead of the game. This paper highlights the importance of CVI as a competitive tool and emphasizes its essence, effective management, and pragmatic components that appeal to stakeholders. The meta-analysis of selected literature reveals significant implications for professionals in graphic design, branding, corporate image management, brand design management, and business strategy. The review of literature also underlines the value of strategic thinking about CVI for modern firms. Therefore, it is essential to continue researching the complex formula by which CVIs attract consumers. This research should examine cultural or linguistic factors that may influence stakeholders' perceptions and assess CVI's value from an art and design perspective. In conclusion, incorporating the findings of this study will help organizations stay ahead of the competition and succeed in today's fast-paced business environment.

Doodling as Intentional Art: Self-Expression as Idea Generator in Brand Marketing and Visual Communication | Chapter 11 | Recent Research Advances in Arts and Social Studies Vol. 1

 This study delves into the nuanced idea of doodles as a form of self-expression, specifically among Malaysian youths, through a quantitative inspection of their perceptions. The research checks how doodling ventures influence idea production, foster self-confidence, and influence decision-making processes in the framework of brand marketing. Contemporary optical researchers have critically scrutinised the study of subject and objects of a person's experience and purpose behind doodles. In this chapter, we survey the multifaceted roles of doodles in nonverbal communication and assess in what way or manner their contextual utilisation impacts two together individualistic expression and services decision-making concerning brand preferences. Furthermore, we investigate the volume of doodles to serve as able to be seen with eyes representations of complex information. The basic research in this study takes the form of a survey and chemical analysis, focusing on the ideas of young adults in Malaysia concerning trifling. Overall, the survey findings declare that doodling is indeed seen as a creative form of self-verbalization. However, the correlation betwixt doodles and intentional art remnants inconclusive. Among Malaysian minority, doodles are primarily regarded as representative expressions, risking a central role in self-correspondence construction and the bulge of individualism. While scribbling serves as a highly personal method of communication and criticism on personal experiences, the established practice of using doodles for plan development is not usually encouraged. The survey results also censure the effectiveness of nonchalant art styles, like doodles, in branding and shopping practices. Responses were mixed concerning the application of such styles for imaginative marketing approaches. These judgments underscore the need for further search to comprehensively understand the potential of tinkering to shape cultural news through self-expression and its influence on services decision-making in the world of branding
