Increased Prevalence of Neuroleptic Malignant Syndrome, Dementia and Fragmented Germ Cells with Reduced Endogenous Estrogen: A Retrospective Analysis | Chapter 6 | Highlights on Medicine and Medical Science Vol. 2

 Background: The twentieth and twenty-first centuries saw an increase in the prevalence of dementia, psychosis, stroke, Parkinson's disease, cerebral tumors, myoclonus, seizures, and Neuroleptic malignant syndrome. The following objectives were sought: an altruistic association of contraception [if any] with increasing dementia, stroke, Neuroleptic malignant syndrome, psychosis, cerebral tumors, and Parkinson's disease in younger age. Methods: In 2012, a retrospective analysis of the prevalence of stroke in 350 patients aged 20-35 years, 35-50 years, and >50 years was conducted using data collected by convenient, stratified random sampling from different geographical locations between 2003 and 2012, as well as its association with the presence, absence, or absence of contraception and abortion. A retrospective analysis of 279 patients diagnosed with stroke, cerebral tumors, tuberculous meningitis, Parkinson's disease, myoclonus, or seizures between 1989 and 2012 was performed. Another group of 318 patients with psychosis, including suicides, dementia, and behavioral disorders, was studied retrospectively from 1989 to 2012, with 100 of them being college students with behavioral disorders, to see if there was a significant association between contraception status, a cholesterol-deficient diet, and the prevalence of neuropsychiatric disabilities. A low-cholesterol diet was advised, as well as contraception. In young women after tubectomy, there was a significant increase in the incidence of Neuroleptic malignant syndrome, with 15 patients diagnosed within 6 months [p0.0005]. The results revealed no difference attributable to geographical location. [a] A cholesterol-deficient diet was associated with behavioral disorders, including suicide, as a >100 fold increase in 20-year-old college students [p 0.0005]; a chronic cholesterol-deficient diet without contraception was associated with a 10 fold increase in psychosis and dementia among 35->50-year-olds, with a p value of 0.0005. Starting at a younger age (20->50 years with a p value of 0.0005), there is a 30 fold increase in dementia in those over 50 years with a p value of 0.0005. Stroke, tumors, encephalitis, Parkinson's disease, and myoclonus were found to be 15 times more common in contraceptive users, with a p value of 0.0005. Relation between Cancer and Germ Cells | Chapter 7 | Highlights on Medicine and Medical Research Vol. 2

Background: Age of contraceptives, abortions,[20th, 21st centuries] initiated as observed by family welfare programs, increased global cancer, tumor, neoplasm and mortality incidence.

Objectives: Tumor altruistic association of contraception [if any] with growing cancer has been tried.

Methods: in 2012, retrospective study of cancer prevalence, tumor in 350 patients 20-35 years of age, 35-50 years of age, >50 years of age, from data collected by convenient stratified random sampling from different geographical locations between 2002-2012 and its association with presence, absence of contraception, abortion was performed; simultaneously, serum oestrogen levels were obtained from different geographical locations between 2002-2012 and its association with presence, absence of contraception, abortion; 212 patients treated for various forms of neoplasm, namely breast cancer, prostate cancer, cervix cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia, were randomly allocated to the above 3 age groups from 1983-2012 clinical practice, and the data were analyzed for association with contraceptive status and potential significance.

Results: There was a 6-fold rise in the incidence of cancer among contraceptive users over >50 years with a p-value of <0.0005. Contraception was associated with a 4 to 7 fold increase in tumor prevalence with a p value of <0.0005 between >35 and >50 years. In 61 percent of contraceptive users with a p value of <0.0005, endogenous estrogen decreased to ~5-8 pg; endogenous estrogen values of up to ~0.4 pg were seen after hysterectomy. Due to reduced production of endogenous estrogen, diet deprived of cholesterol: androgen was also correlated with a 50 percent rise in tumor, cancer in youth without contraceptives. In well-differentiated breast cancers, associated with decreased levels of endogenous estrogen among contraceptive users, estrogen receptors were positive, indicating that estrogen receptor positivity may be a compensatory phenomenon; estrogen receptor positivity was not shown in anaplastic tumors. There was a 10-20 fold increase in breast cancer between 20->50 years, in contraceptive patients with a p-value of <0.0005; a 20-30 fold increase in prostate cancer between 35->50 years, in contraceptive patients with a p-value of <0.0005; in contraceptive patients with a p-value of <0.0005; in cervical patients with a 20-40 fold increase between 20-70 years; in contraceptive patients with a p-value of <0.0005.

Conclusion: Contraception of any sort results in shattered germ cell breakdown to centric fragments, ring chromosomes, chromatid breaks, auto immunity generation, substantial decrease in endogenous, reproductive hormones, without which genomic repertoire: embryo-like healing mechanism defaults, leading to a 275% rise in disease incidence, including cancers. Definition is acquired contraception preventing traversal of normal path by germ cells with consequent shattered destruction of germ cells, resulting in decreased endogenous estrogen: androgen surveillance, resulting in agonizing cellular genomic repertoire defects, unregulated multiplication followed by no cell cycle differentiation, metabolism, resulting in high cancer incidence, including. Increased estrogen receptors: androgen receptors in breast and well-differentiated prostate cancers are likely to be a compensatory spike, secondary to sudden artificially obtained contraception, resulting in a substantial reduction in contraceptive consumers of endogenous germ cell hormones. Reversal of contraception with chemotherapy, radiation therapy, surgery achieves preventing cancer development, decreases incidence, prevalence of neoplasm, as a phenomenon of cause and effect and not castration or anti-estrogen: antiandrogens that perpetuate, encourage neoplastic diseases by decreasing endogenous estrogen: androgen.

Highlighting “Withered Tree” Concept Host, Achieved by Global Contraception and Abortion, Secondary to Fragmented Germ Cells, Agonizingly Reduced Endogenous Estrogen/Androgen, Defaulted Genomic Repertoire, Deranged Cell Metabolism, Metabolic Syndrome, Result in Failure of Pharmacological Therapeutics with Advanced Technologies| Chapter 6 | Highlights on Medicine and Medical Research Vol. 2

Background: Amid new technology and drug advances, in the age of contraceptives and abortion, morbidity and mortality have inevitably increased. Aims: Altruistic association of increasing morbidity, mortality, with contraception, abortion was planned for. Methods: In 2012, a retrospective study of prevalence of mortality in 350 patients of 20 - 35 years, 35 - 50 years and >50 years from data collected between 2003 and 2012 by convenient, stratified random sampling, from population, hospital, and its correlation with contraceptive and abortion status was undertaken; concurrently, serum estrogen levels obtained from 105 patients were examined. In 2014, 8 people, out of 3 age groups, from a different population whose life partners had been sterilized, were randomly selected to determine their serum testosterone levels. Results: Contraceptive consumers exhibited 3 - 4 fold increased mortality [p < 0.0005] between 20 - 50 years and 6 fold increased mortality among >50 years [p < 0.0005]. In 75% [p < 0.0005] of contraceptive users, endogenous estrogen was decreased. In males observing contraception, plasma testosterone was reduced to less than 50% of average, e.g. 1.3 ng/ml; 66.6% of contraception users aged 20 to 35 years had reduced [p < 0.0005] testosterone; 100% of male contraception users aged 36 to 70 years had reduced testosterone [p < 0.0005]. Conclusion: The idea of "withered tree akin host" is contraception, abortion, with germ cell fragmentation broken down. Reduced endogenous estrogen, androgen [dried up, lost life factors] contribute to deranged cell metabolism, cell cycle, and default genomic repertoire, leading to failure of all existing pharmacological therapies, including advanced technologies that deliver gratifying results before the age of contraception in non-contracepted individuals today and in everyone; subsets of individuals, host with contraception, Behave helplessly with destroyed life factors, about therapeutic applications, compared to subsets of individuals, host without contraceptives, with intact genomic repertoire, God ordained life factors, make a remarkable recovery. Contraception reversal replants the germ cells [the death of germ cells stops], hormones rejuvenate to 79.9% of normal age, and with recovery, diseases decrease.
