Dynamics of Charged Spherical Clusters in a Self-consistent Field | Chapter 1 | Physical Science: New Insights and Developments Vol. 1

This study investigates non-stationary self-consistent single-component charge systems that interact intensively with their field. Classical collisionless systems are considered, which are described by a kinetic equation utilising motion integrals that remain valid in the absence of stationarity. The concept of the "Meshchersky integral" is introduced, used alongside the Kapchinsky integral. Furthermore, several quantum mechanical systems are examined. In this case, the study reduces to solving complex non-stationary Schrödinger equations. Only when the orbital angular momentum is zero does the studied system exhibit spherical symmetry. The conditions are identified under which the charge density remains spherically symmetric even when the angular momentum is nonzero. States with half-integer angular momentum present particular complexity. The psi-function has a spinorial nature. Solutions are found where the charge density remains spherically symmetric.

OAM in Free Space Optics and under Water Acoustics | Chapter 8 | Contemporary Perspective on Science, Technology and Research Vol. 9

Optical communication using Laser is gaining its popularity for free space and under water communication. The short distance communication is possible with the help of angular moment of waves and multiplexing. The Laser devices once installed for applications have low power output generating waves which are suitable for wireless communication in terabit range and in acoustic signals under sea. The waves also working under turbulent conditions and giving high data transmission capacity and high spectral efficiency. Here we discuss the Orbital angular momentum waves, types of OAM waves and Laser generating different OAM waves.
