Following chapter discusses the world wide concept of
experimental designs also known as Design of Experiments [DOE] with respect to
user experience [UX] and its associated uses and challenges faced by design
researchers. Thereafter, the hierarchical inter-relationships amongst them have
been created through matrices as per VAXO technique as mentioned in ISM
methodology.
