Synthetic Neutrino Imaging of a Microquasar | Chapter 8 | Science and Technology - Recent Updates and Future Prospects Vol. 7

 

Microquasars (MQ) comprise a binary stellar system where a main sequence star orbits a compact object, either a neutron star or a black hole. Microquasar binary stellar systems emit electromagnetic radiation and high-energy particles over a broad energy spectrum. However, they are so far away that it is hard to observe their details. A simulation offers the link between relatively scarce observational data and a rich theoretical background. In this work, high-energy particle emission from simulated twin microquasar jets is calculated in a unified manner. From the cascade of emission within an element of jet matter to the dynamic and radiative whole jet model, the series of physical processes involved are integrated together. Synthetic pictures and spectra are produced using a program suite built on model data, which are directly similar to possible observations by modern arrays. Depending on the requirements and available processing power, the model can incorporate progressively higher levels of realism to describe a wide range of system geometries. The modeling procedure is used on a typical microquasar, which is artificially observed using a variety of imaging geometries and at different angles. Furthermore, the resulting intensities are comparable to the sensitivity of existing detectors. The combined background emission from a potential distribution of microquasars is also modelled. The emission model, which in our case was NEMISS, should be altered in order to include the new emission physics. Synthetic imaging code RLOS2 is ready to use with any emission and absorption input, and only minor changes are required.

New Method of Classic Laryngeal Mask Air Way Insertion | Chapter 14 | New Advances in Medicine and Medical Science Vol. 6

 The present study was completed activity to validate the new system for correct anatomic installation of the LMA and to compare it accompanying the standard technique. Laryngeal mask ventilating pipe (LMA) is a supraglottic airway device used to control the ventilating pipe during the presidency of anesthesia in the room for surgery and for emergency ventilating pipe management.This study was exhausted Basrah University Medical Center from 1st January 2019 to 31st December 2019. Patients were randomly appointed and categorized into two groups; Group I – the students that study together, and Group II – the standard (control) group. Results were expressed as repetitions or means ± standard departures. Frequencies or means were compared utilizing X2 and t-test, respectively.Study transported a new technique at which point the device is introduced easily outside digital guidance during insert. It will be appropriate for the anesthesiologists and healing personnel the one use LMA as there is less risk of contamination or injury to their fingers. Three hundred and ninety-seven (397) participants were registered in this study accompanying a mean age of 35.7 ± 14 y. Of those, 154 (38.8%) were males. The new plan showed larger sensitivity and veracity rate (97.4%, 95.9%, respectively) distinguished to the standard method.In comparison to the normal method of insert, the new method is a suitable method that improved the ease of LMA insert and successfully inserted the device in a smaller amount of time outside complications. The study approves this technique expected used in sleep-inducer practice as a sole method, or a suggestion of choice technique, at any time there is a trouble.

The Economic History of Alexander the Great and his Expedition from Greece to India | Chapter 11 | New Innovations in Economics, Business and Management Vol. 8

 Xenophon is credited with developing economic theory and policy in Ancient Greece. Alexander the Renowned was a superb Hellenic monarch, civilizer, and "forerunner" who lived in the fourth century B.C. He was also a great economist, as he had to manage the economics of his huge campaign from Greece to India, as well as develop an efficient and successful public policy for his large Empire. "He sought neither pleasure or fortune, but only greatness and glory," according to the moral and ethical Greek philosophy of the period. Alexander had stated, "...I am glad the gods that I was birth Hellen..." and possessed all of the Hellenic moral and ethical principles, making him one of the most influential people in history. With salary rates, health and welfare, construction projects, supplies, transportation, tax reforms, indirect taxes and donations, loans, coin minting, and even controlling financial scandals and other information useful to our policymakers today, he had demonstrated exceptional management abilities. We use information from different historians of his time to compute and compare prices, and we use the weights of gold and silver coins to measure his budgets. The goal is to compare the expenses and revenue streams of this trip using the Greek drachma and the US currency as of today. The surpluses of Alexander's economic policies are highly valuable to our modern leaders and experts. Also discussed is the history and role of this extraordinary man, as well as the contribution of Greek civilization and language to God's plan for His revolted and deluded creation and humanity to be able to understand and accept His revelation, which Greeks had been anticipating since the Golden Age of Athens.
