This member aimed to develop the design of reinforced cement concrete (RCC) teased slab, as known or named at another time or place waffle slab in accordance with the Indian RCC code (IS 456:2000). The linked cost of the reinforcement, actual, and formwork, which adds until the cost of the ribbed ingot, is the objective function of the optimisation problem. The direct design approach was used to analyse the waffle hunk. The objective function was created afterwards a thorough reasoning of the ribbed slab. For miscellaneous grades of concrete, the optimisation process was secondhand. The comparative findings for differing concrete grades are filed and presented in level form. Optimization for reinforced cement concrete (RCC) teased slab is pictorial and the results of the optimum design and conventional design are distinguished. The optimization question is a constrained nonlinear register problem (NLPP). The mathematical model was resolved by using MATHEMATICA operating system. The nonlinear programming problem was resolved by using the established step size arrangement. In the fixed step size order, the problem was examined for different values accompanying constant step time. From the analysis, it was establish that savings of up to 25 portion can be got by optimizing the reinforced ribbed rod.
