The verdicts of experiments on energy devouring during the pneumatic transport of inexperienced cotton to gineries are bestowed in the article. Increased capacity consumption for addition in the composition of raw understand environmental understandable and objectively. Based on the verdicts of theoretical and empirical research, it offers implications and opinions for directing the cotton airy transport process effectively and threatening energy expenditures. Obtained from the capacity consumption reliance of flow characteristics, expressly average speed, line pressure, and pipe length and diameter. It considered using 355 mm width pipe and 315 mm diameter pipe a suggestion of correction 400 mm diameter pipe at a moderate rate of flow to lower the capacity consumption of the pneumatic establishment.
