Ideal Flow Solution Comparison over a 90-Degree Angle Point Using CVBEM and FEM | Chapter 13 | Fundamental Research and Application of Physical Science Vol. 6

Complex Variable Boundary Element Method (CVBEM) is an arising numerical approach for simulating flow questions, containing groundwater flows. Benchmarking the solution from CVBEM accompanying other settled approaches, like the Finite Volume Methodologies (FVM), will reveal its dependability. In this work, the flow fields from the CVBEM and FVM are compared for an ideal flow over a 90-scope angle point. The corresponding focuses on the flow vector’s magnitude and route. This test question was chosen to reveal the reliability of CVBEM for groundwater flow uses. The close concurrence between two together results underscores the veracity of the CVBEM resolution.
